Where their entire life, from science to entertainment, has changed to the new reality instead of lingering connection to the Old World. Just my thoughts of what I'd not be surprised to see and maybe actually glad to.įrom what I saw in the game itself (damn, it was good!), I would like to see the new world where people adapted to the changing climate and now actually expand and improve their dominance over the new Icy Earth instead of just barely surviving. I would be surprised if other countries might have survived, or at least what’s left of them. This is just speculation. I don’t know how, but it must’ve been costly. I do see that the French and the Americans might have survived the Great Frost. To be able to see each nation’s unique generator or their own story for survival. ![]() It would also be a great way to expand the world building of Frostpunk. ![]() It would be a great opportunity to have more depth of having to trade or fight against another city for resources. As the story of Frostpunk 2 would suggest, Oil will be the new source of heating. However, It would be more interesting concept to find other nations cities within the Northern Region where New London is located. I understand why it would be stupid to say that anyone would have survived-150C without a generator. (Kinda like the Refugees but more violent) ![]() Keep in mind that there is a possibility that some of nations could have seized generators by force once the Frost arrived. It would be impossible for anyone to survive without any animals to eat that are resistant to the Arctic cold on the former southern warm regions or have the technological capability to build a generator. One of the most possible ways that Frostpunk 2 could go is that anyone that was not on a generator-like structure with plenty of Coal supply on North, will have perish.
